This policy explains how New Friends House (the "Company") protects personal information while operating SENA NOTE.
Collection and use of personal information
1.1. New Friends House (the "Company") collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide the SENA NOTE service (the "Service") and for its use by users (or "Members"). The personal information collected is the user's email address.
1.2. The collected personal information is used to provide the Service, understand its use and usage patterns, and handle complaints.
Retention and deletion of personal information
2.1. The Company securely retains users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and destroys it without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled.
2.2. Users may request deletion of their personal information by emailing contact@sngm.cc.
Rights of users and legal representatives
4.1. Users may view or modify their registered personal information or request termination of membership at any time.
Technical and organizational safeguards
5.1. When processing users' personal information, the Company takes the technical and administrative measures necessary to protect it against loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage.
Privacy officer
6.1. The Company has designated the following privacy officer to oversee the processing of personal information and to handle related user complaints and remedies.
6.2. Users may report privacy-related inquiries or complaints arising from use of the Company's Service to the privacy officer. The Company will address inquiries promptly and diligently.

Notice of policy changes
7.1. When amending this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users at least 7 days in advance through notices on the Service website and by email. The Company will clearly identify the changes in a way that users can easily understand.
7.2. The amended Privacy Policy takes effect on the date it is announced. Users who do not agree to the changes may discontinue use of the Service.
7.3. Please direct questions about changes to this Privacy Policy to the privacy officer or the Company's customer support.
